I hope someone does, soon. And I hope they add more features to the
database, such as allowing you to download an entire thread. Such a
feature will prove very useful to me, and other Usenet researchers. I can
easily conceive of them charging a fee for certain advanced uses of this
database, that would help cover the cost of maintaining it.

Actually, I'd prefer a non-profit group, such as a university type
organization, taking over this Usenet database started by Deja.com.
