My status as an inveterate SCSI bigot gets more deeply entrenched all
the time, I must say.  With SCSI, these things just don't crop up.

Will, you have to enable sector translation (LBA, or ECHS, or something
like that) in your ROM BIOS Setup.  Because IDE (or more properly, ATA)
is brain-dead, and relies on BIOS drive-table information to a
depressing extent.
