[buug] I've been getting 2 of Everything, why?

Here is a little trick that sometimes works to filter dupes with procmail
and formail. If so put this in your .procmailrc

:0 Wh: $HOME/.mutt/misc/msgid.cache$LOCKEXT
| formail -D 8192 $HOME/.mutt/misc/msgid.cache

the directory $HOME/.mutt/misc/ needs to be changed or created of course.
