[buug] DSL providers

FYI.. The Cisco 675 probably won't work on anything anymore as it uses
CAP encapsulation.  You need a router capable of handling DMT in order
to get anything anymore..  If anyone knows of one that does CAP though,
I'd be interested to know.  I didn't think that they existed anymore.
