I have been running couple of ACE servers 5.x aka SecureID servers for a while now. 
You can do this only on the GUI version.

$5k for the software and support; this may vary for you, we got them couple of years ago.
$2k for 30 key-fobs + some software token/key-fob
$4k for two Sun Netra T1 to act as primary and replica for fault tolerance and fail-over.
Plus the cost of a 6 packs and an extra large Pizza and some patience to get it all working ;-).
