Actually, the company was founded by a Japanese person, and is called
Zebra.  It is available from http://zebra.org.  I use it for a few
ISPs to do their BGP, and use a firewall script I wrote to do
firewalling and shaping.  Zebra is pretty neat, and even has a "Cisco"
mode.
