I would put those specific sites in your /etc/hosts file and have it point
to 127.0.0.1
then run a small program that will return back a minimal http response...
It can be a tiny script that just listens on port 80
or you can run webserver like apache or something
every time one of the urls is in a page instead of loading the ad it will just
load a tiny blank page
I know you didn't want to run anything at all so this is probably not ideal
for you
