[buug] how to update my ports makefiles and distinfo files

Hola buug,
  I need to update my /usr/ports makefiles and
distinfo files with the latest port info (binary
names, version numbers, MD5 checksums).
  How do I do that?

empire# uname -a
FreeBSD empire 5.2-RELEASE FreeBSD 5.2-RELEASE #0: Sun
Jan 11 04:21:45 GMT 2004
