Something I learned from my Eagle Scout project is to get a point of 
contact that has the keys to the desired building.  People like that can 
either unlock the building or they can call someone else to do it as well.

Perhaps a Yahoo Business account for hosting?  It's Yahoo, so it's 
better than some cheeseball like DreamHost, plus they feature unlimited 
bandwidth and disk space.  No root access, so we'd probably have to use 
them as a file dumping ground only, and just mod_proxy to them from a 
more controlled routing server...  perhaps?  I'm just floating possible 
setups past at this point.  Also to consider is Amazon's web services.  
I've been bouncing around the 'net for a long time always on the Quest 
for the Better Host, but I'll be interested to hear what other 
suggestions others have.
