[buug] Reviving CalLUG

I just added myself as a signatory for both groups.

You're right -- the policy prevents signifying any affiliation with Cal, 
but that's actually their main goal. Truth is, student organizations are 
run by students, but they're not officially endorsed by Cal. It's some 
legal ramifications that they have to protect themselves against -- 
namely, the possible loss of their trademark.

I might not be able to make the meeting this Thursday, but the Sundays 
and Thursdays are usually good for me. I will hopefully see you all then.
