You know, the site admin (Aaron Porter, I guess) _could_ create Mailman list
http://buug.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/test as a designated target for test
mails.

I find it a good practice to have a mailing list called 'test' on every
Mailman installation.  (If you don't want its admin queue to receive and
expire out spam, make it unadvertised.)
