[buug] Distributed DDS?

I can't seem to do much of anything on the web today.  Among other
things, Github CSS seems to be broken (buttons not responding).  Some
other sites have even more severe CSS problems.

I wonder if we're seeing another distributed DDS attack against a major
CDN or two, possibly in revenge to Macron victory in France.
