[buug] openbsd prob

Anyone encountered a problem using stty on the /dev/cua0* serial ports in
OpenBSD?  stty won't let me change anything (port speed, raw mode, etc.),
and it's prohibiting my ability to use them.  I'm running ver 2.7.

Any thoughts?
