Did you look in the ports at /usr/ports/net?  There are sure to be a lot of tools that you can find.

You should also try the mailing list archives, since this question comes up frequently on freebsd-questions.  Try http://www.google.com/bsd to get BSD specific site search.

ps You really (really really!) need to put a subject on your mails.  On most lists if you don't have a subject line you'll be ignored.
