(ports collection), ntop (ports collection), etc; )

Did you look in the ports at /usr/ports/net?  There are sure to be a lot of
tools that you can find.

You should also try the mailing list archives, since this question comes up
frequently on freebsd-questions.  Try http://www.google.com/bsd to get BSD
specific site search.
