[buug] /etc/hosts under OS X

To the gentleman at last night's BUUG group looking for an answer to make
/etc/hosts work under OS X. I found this article:

(there's `man lookupd` as well)

Also there's an application called the Moose's Assistant, which you can find
on the Apple site, that can change the lookup order for you.
