[buug] odd DHCPd issue.

I'm working with a small Mom & Pop 802.11b based wireless ISP. They're
tiny, community based, and pretty cool.

So, we're working on converting to a different DHCP server (off of a
linksys hardware one, and on to the ISC dhcpd, version 3), but there's a
couple clients that time out now which didn't before.

wierd.

they're dumping traffic on the default broadcast address range
(169.254.0.0/16) since the timeout with the linksys happened. they don't,
for some reason, respond to the new dhcp server.

thoughts?
