Are you serious?

You want to do bittorrent filesharing while using someone else's
bandwidth? Hello? Not only is it ethically wrong, it's also
impractical. Either you kill bandwidth for everyone else using that
hot spot, or your torrent is uselessly slow. Or, if the admin is
smart, they already disabled torrent leeching from their network.

DSL isn't exactly expensive these days.
