[buug] Reviving CalLUG

As a current Cal undergrad and signatory for one student group, I'd be 
interested in assisting in this process.

The results are strict due to trademark issues, but the name should 
simply be registered as "Linux Users Group".

Let me know if you'd like to follow up or have any questions or concerns.
